What is a refund?

If you have technical problems that prohibit you from accessing the course, do not receive promised resources, or mistakenly purchase the wrong course, you can seek a refund through our verification process.

How to request a refund?

You have 3 days from the date of payment to request a refund. Just dial +09677723301 and supply the essential information. If your refund request is approved, the money will be returned to your account within 7-10 business days.

Refunds are not applicable?

If you ask for a refund after the 10-day deadline has passed.

Your registered course will be temporarily frozen for 72 hours after you submit a refund request. Your refund request will go through a verification process during this period. The update will be sent to you by SMS or Phone Call.
